Energy Clearing

A restorative and gentle 60-minute session designed to help you reconnect, release what’s weighing on you, and return to a sense of ease.

We begin with a brief consult to land on your intention, then ease into a guided meditation to ground your mind and body. From there, I complete an energy scan and clearing for the majority of our time together.

We close with a supportive debrief where I share the prominent themes and shifts from the session, along with space for you to integrate anything that arose.

This session is ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed, drained, or simply craving a reset. It’s powerful for emotional releasing and integration, deepening your spiritual connection, and gently shifting your system into rest-and-digest so your body can restore itself.

These sessions are held via Zoom. A link will be emailed to you prior to your appointment.

The Igniter - Private Coaching Session

A focused 60-minute coaching session to spark clarity, confidence, and inner alignment.

Includes:
– Pre-session questionnaire
– Follow-up support by email or messaging 1–2 weeks after

Perfect if you’re new to coaching, seeking clarity around a decision or desire, or wanting to understand what your intuition is guiding you toward.
