Reiki
A restorative and gentle 60-minute session designed to help you reconnect, release what’s weighing on you, and return to a sense of ease.
We begin with a brief consult to land on your intention, then ease into a guided meditation to ground your mind and body. From there, I complete an energy scan and clearing for the majority of our time together.
We close with a supportive debrief where I share the prominent themes and shifts from the session, along with space for you to integrate anything that arose.
This session is ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed, drained, or simply craving a reset. It’s powerful for emotional releasing and integration, deepening your spiritual connection, and gently shifting your system into rest-and-digest so your body can restore itself.
